It was a triumphant homecoming for Kendrick Lamar. The Compton
kingpin returned to his hometown on Saturday to host an album signing.
Over 2500 fans lined up outside the Best Buy in Compton to meet their idol and have him sign copies of his acclaimed third album, To Pimp a Butterfly.
“It feels good to be back in my city, to go out here and see these
kids still motivated by my music and by my dreams and aspirations,” the
27-year-old told ABC7.
